TASKMAKER.CA is a free project and task management application. For any question regarding this policy or your data, you can write to us at support@myeztag.ca.
To operate, the application records:
We do not collect any payment data (the application is free) and do not use any advertising or third-party analytics tracking tools.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. It is visible only to the other active members of your company within the application, according to the permissions associated with their role.
The technical hosting of the application and its database is provided by a third-party web hosting provider (GoDaddy). Transactional emails are sent through the same server's infrastructure.
Your data is kept as long as your account remains active. If you or your company's administrator delete your account, your directly identifiable personal information is erased; some data related to projects or tasks may be kept if needed to preserve the integrity of data shared with other members of your company (for example, the history of a project you contributed to).

Passwords are encrypted (bcrypt) and are never stored or visible in plain text, including by us. Access to each company's data is technically isolated from other companies using the application. Communications with the site are encrypted (HTTPS).
This policy may be updated from time to time. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use TASKMAKER.CA after a change, you accept the updated version.
